Q: Do I need a reservation?

A: Nope! We are a WALK-IN studio, however...making a reservation guarantees we have a table all ready for you when you come in. We fill up fast on Saturdays and Sundays, and any other school holiday and there may not be a spot open when you drop in. We do our best to get everyone in to paint, you can conveniently take advantege of our online RSVP form!

Q: Is this place only for kids?

A. Absolutely not! We cater to everyone! Adults, kids & seniors.

Q. Me and a few friends want to come in and celebrate my birthday. Can I bring a cake?

A. Yay! We are happy to celebrate with you. Groups of 6 or less will be set on the main floor. You can bring food/snacks or drinks that can fit on your table. We cannot provide additional tables for food or seats for non-painters.

Q:How long do i have until pick up my piece?

A: Due to space, all pieces will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date they were painted (date on your receipt). We are not responsible for expired pieces.

Q: How long does it take to get my piece back?

A: We have a 3 day turn around time.  At times during popular holidays – Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day – it may be extended a bit, but most of the time you can expect to pick up your pieces 3 days after you paint.

Q:will someone call me when my piece(s) are ready?

A. No. Our turn around is 3 days. In some instances, only if time allows we send a reminder e-mail or text message (imessage enabled). Please do not wait on a call, just come in and collect your masterpiece!

Q: what happens if i get paint on my clothes?

A: Don’t worry if you get our paint on anything. It comes right off with water.

Q: what if i’m not an artist?

A. Everyone is an artist at Potteryland! Come in with an idea and we can help you make it happen, or if you're in need of inspiration we have tons of painted samples and design ideas to spark your imagination. Our friendly staff is always on hand to give you as much or as little help as you need in painting your work of art. We also have collection of stamps, stencils, and other neat tricks that we love to share.

q.What if i don’t finish my project?

A. Not a problem! You can take your unfinished pottery home with you and bring it back to our studio whenever you have time to finish all you have to pay is for your studio fee.

Q. are the fired products dishwasher & microwave safe?

A. The products are dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the piece. Microwaving your piece won’t make it “explode” however it will transfer heat and can burn to touch. Our pottery is also 100% lead free.

Q.what is your return policy?

A. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Our team will ensure that you are happy with your masterpiece. Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase if there is any misshaps on your piece that we might have missed and we will make it right with you. Gift cards & pottery passes are not refundable.

Q. what is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your private information with third parties. The information we collect and how it is used is outlined below:

The information we collect:We collect only information that you voluntarily provide us as part of the painting process and/or communication process. This information includes, your name, address, phone number and email address.

We do not store any credit card information in our records.

How is this information used:We use the information that you provide us to process your order, to contact you if there are questions regarding your order and to notify you with information concerning your order status. We may contact you via email or direct mail in the future to notify you about special offers and new products or services.

Q. Do you ship finished pieces?

A. We do! If you want to send your hand painted gift to a loved one, just let us know at check out. We ship domestically, and the cost depends on the size of the piece.
