PARTY POLICIES

Your party will have staff members ready to assist you in all your needs. So you can relax and enjoy the party. A 10% gratuity will be added to all reservations. We will call you the week of the party or event to get a final count on the number of guests attending and any other details. You may contact us at any time with questions or changes if necessary at 281.419.7965. Your pieces will be ready for pick-up within 3 days after the day of your event. Please plan to have the party host or a designated person pick ALL the pieces. This helps prevent pieces going home with the wrong person. If it is necessary for pieces to be picked up separately, please notify us in advance. Also, make sure all guests are aware they will be picking up their own pieces, we only hold finished pieces for 30 days. Check out must be done no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled end time of your party. Additional fee of $20 per. 15 minutes may apply if party room is not vacated on time. In order to reserve your space we require a minimum of 8 painters. If you have less than the minimum required of painters at the time of the event you will be charged for the minimum amount required. You may substitute adults/children to reach the minimum. We host fun ART parties, canvas acrylic paint stain please dress accordingly. Pottery paint doesn't stain. CANCELLATION POLICY: parties can be rescheduled. If party is cancelled the party deposit it's forfeited.
